“This company plumbed our new build and we had so many issues. They didn’t install a waterline fitting properly and the guest bathroom flooded after rough-in. We had to pay to repair and replace drywall and they weren’t sympathetic in the least. When they came back for top-out the plumbers refused to install several faucets because they “weren’t familiar with the brand”. They wouldn’t install the hot water heater because it was in the attic. They plumbed my freestanding tub wrong so we had to pay to remedy that mistake - I got multiple opinions from other plumbers on this and these guys should’ve known to plumb for a freestanding tub faucet. We’ve been in our home 2 weeks now and after using the primary bathtub for the first time it drained and flooded the first floor. So yeah. Maybe consider your options before calling here.”

“I had a good experience with them. My shower water mixer was having issues after buying new construction with gehan homes. They came by 2 days later and fixed it within an hour. The plumber also adjusted my sink and bathtub faucet handle cause it didn't sit right. I appreciated him doing the extra work while he was here to make sure we were happy.”

I have called several times asking that a plumber come out to locate our water Pressure Release Valve (PRV) because our water pressure was identified as being too high. After several calls and finally speaking to the receptionist, it is crystal clear they are blowing me off and have no interest whatsoever to come out! Extremely Disappointing!”
